Job Description:
Preparation of invoices and payment vouchers
Oversee and reconcile financial transactions
Prepare and maintain general accounting/ payment records
Monitor and report on outstanding payments on weekly and monthly basis
Support in maintaining accounting systems and processes
Maintain all records to audit ready standards
