General Manager (Human Resource) NTDC Jobs
The National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC Jobs) owns and operates the high voltage transmission system in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The Company employs a staff of over ten thousand that is engaged in managing the transmission network that extends to all the provinces of the country and the AJ K. NTDC Jobs intends to hire a General Manager (Human Resource) to manage and lead the Human Resource Management & Administration affairs of the Company. Applications are invited from the high caliber HR Professional to be part of Senior Management team i.e. responsible for the Management of the Company. We seek pro-active, result oriented professional with established credibility and performance record who can take the challenging assignments.
//Eligibility//
1. Master in HRM or MBA or MPA or MS in HRM from an accredited foreign / local institution recognized by HEC. The candidate with professional qualification of HRM & having Membership of Professional HR, OD, IR and Management Bodies & additional Law degree would be given preference.
2. The candidate should have at least 20-years of relevant experience including 10 years of experience at top level professional Managerial positions of Human Resource Management /Administration in a prominent large scale Public / Private sector organization. The overseas qualification and experience would be a significant additional advantage.
3. The candidate should be upto 50 years of age on the date of this advertisement.
//Job Profile//
i. To formulate Human Resource philosophy that will govern the Company's actions with respect to Human Resource Management.
ii. To frame HR policies developing and reviewing organizational structure, planning and implementing Human Resource development, developing performance management and Appraisal System, reviewing the recruitment and selection methodologies and standards revising compensation structure, formulating incentive and motivational plans for NTDC Jobs.
iii. To lead and manage Human Resources Services and play a key role in facilitating Change Management.
iv. To develop end ensure implementation of human resource strategies by establishing departmental accountabilities, talent acquisitron, career planning, compensation & benefits, health & welfare benefits, succession planning, recognition & retention, compliance and employee relations.
v. To handle employee relationship matters efficiently. by leading the negotiations for both operational and strategic perspective.
vi. To handle CBA matters prudently and effectivelywithadditional knowledge of Labor Laws/Rules/Policies.
//Job Requirements//
The candidates are required to have:-
i. Strong Leadership; Change Management, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication skills and have high drive for achieving Management objectives.
ii. Proven track record of ability to work in teams and maintain optimistic liaison with all the stakeholders.
iii. Ability to provide HR strategies to achieve business vision & goals.
iv. Proficiency with commonly used Officesoftwaresuch as Microsoft Word. Excel, and Power Point etc.
v. The position is based al Lahore-Pakistan and directly reporting to Managing Director NTDC Jobs. The selected incumbent will wort closely with Board of Directors NTDC Jobs for above matters and ensured implementations and monitoring of all HR functions.

O The successful candidate will be offered market-based (negotiable) competitive remuneration package, commensurate with the qualification and experience of the eligible candidate.
O The assignment will be on contract basis for a period of two-years (extendable).
