Career. Opportunity
Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is a not-for-profit organization set up under the Companies
Ordinance 1984 by the Government of the Punjab in collaboration with Department for International
Development, UK. PSDF is looking for energetic and motivated professionals for the following
positions based in Lahore:
Data Entry Operator / Document Assistant / Document Controller
1. Scanning of all official documents.
2. Data entry in custom built application for PSDF.
3. Record keeping, file creation and document maintenance.
4. Data entry of all administrative tasks.
5. File creation and document maintenance.
6. Other miscellaneous official tasks as assigned by the HOD.
7. Maintain all log books.
Education and Experience
• BA / BSc with certificate in Computer / IT from an HEC- recognized institution or ICS
(Intermediate in Computer Science). At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a
similar capacity.
Admin Assistant
1. Assist in general administration and clerical tasks including mailing, scanning etc.
2. Maintain electronic and hard copy of all administrative records.
3. Manage calendar for Administration Team.
4. Assist in resolving any Administration issues.
5. Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for all
employees.
6. Maintain office supplies for all departments according to their requirements.
7. Assist in health & vehicle insurances.
Education and Experience
• Graduation in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university. At least 1 to 3 years
of working experience in a similar capacity.
