Applications are required from suitable candidates for appointments on contract basis in WASA, Multan against following posts.
I. Accounts Assistant (BS 13) 01 Open merit B.Com 18-25
2. 01 Open merit B.A / B.Sc. with 01 year diploma in computer. programming from recognized institute. 18-25
3. Draftsman /Auto-Cad Operator (BS 11) 04 Open merit = 03 Women = 01 Matric with two years Diploma in Civil / Architectural Draftsman with certificate of Auto-Cad 18-25
4. Sub Engineer (BS 11) 16 Open merit = 09 Women = 05 Minority = 02 Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering Associates with three years course from the Punjab Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualifications. 18-25
5. Mechanical Foreman (BS 11) 01 Open merit Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Associates with - three years course from the Punjab Board of Technical Education or equivalent _qualifications. Inter-Coin / D.Com 18-25 18-25
6. Accounts Clerk (BS 11) 04 Open merit = 03 Women = 01
7. Electrician (BS 05) 4 Open0merit Matriculation with a certificate from a recognized school of Electrician 18-25
INSTRUCTIONS.
PART — A
I. The general relaxation of five years in the upper age limit will be granted as per Government policy across the board..
2. Initial appointment will be made for a period of three years on contract basis which can be further extended as per contract appointment policy 2004 by the competent authority subject to satisfactory performance. The appointments will be purely temporary and the selected candidates (if any) will not be able to claim any right for regular appointment against the contract employment.
3. Preference shall be given to the candidates having higher qualification and ample experience in relevant field.
4. 15% quota-is reserved for women. However, they will also be considered against open merit.
5. 5% quota is reserved for minorities subject to their fulfilment of other conditions.
6. The candidates already working in the Government / Semi government Organizations should apply through proper channel and must produce NOC issued by their employer at the time of interview.
7. In-service employees are also eligible to apply. They will however, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract appointment.
8. No TA/DA will be admissible.
9. Candidates must be domiciled in the Punjab.
10. No. of Posts can be increased / decreased without any notice.
11. Only short listed candidates will be called for written test and interview through a call letter. They shall bring their relevant original documents including CNIC, Domicile certificate, degrees / certificates and transcripts from Matriculation to onwards alongwith a set of attested copies of all above mentioned documents at the time of interview.
12. Exact qualification and experience requirements shall be as mentioned in the application form which can be downloaded from the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.ore.pk).
PART — B
1. NTS test -will be conducted only for the prequalification & for further consideration. It would be mandatory for applicant to obtain minimum 50% of total marks for interview. Rest for further procedure of selection, Government of Punjab, Recruitment Policy, 2004 and instructions thereto shall be followed.
2. Candidates shall submit application form duly tilled alongwith requisite documents and test fee of Rs.500/- in favour of National Testing Service, to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on the application form.
3. Test fee shall be paid in any branch of UBL, MCB or ABL on prescribed bank challan (attached with application form download from NTS website).
4. Last date of submission of applications is 16 May, 2016
5. Incomplete applications or applications carrying incorrect information shall be summarily rejected. Only those candidates who have completed the degree required for a specific post should apply. Candidates to.whom final transcript has not been issued shall not be considered. (A level candidates must attach their HSSC equivalent certificates with their applications.)
6. Final candidates list shall be available on NTS website.
7. Roll No. slip and test centre details shall be separately dispatched directly to candidates by NTS at least one week before the test.
8. Candidates shall present original documents alongwith PEC/PCATP registration certificate and a set of attested copies of all the relevant documents, at the time of interview. Non presence of requisite documents shall render applicant as non-eligible.
9. Candidates must contact NTS for any sort of query regarding written test display of provisional /final list of candidates, test centres, display of test results, information regarding submission of application forms etc.
