CAREER OPPORTUNITY 

Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited (CPPAG) is a non-profit independent Company established under the Company Ordinance 1984. The Company deals in electrical power procurement and slaes to DISCOs. CPPA is looking for a result oriented, professional and self-motivated individual having strong leadership qualities for the following vacant Positions.

1- Manager (Legal)(BPS-19) 

Minimum Academic Qualification: 

.) Bachelor Degree in Law (Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will have additional advantage)
,) 08 years Post Qualification Experience, including at least 03 years of law practice and minimum 3-years of dealing in corporate and regulatory affairs.
,)Knowledge of laws dealing with the electricity sector will be additional advantage. Upper Age Limit: 40 Years

2- Assistant Managers (Legal)(BPS-17) 

Minimum Academic Qualification:

,) Law Graduate
,) Minimum 5 years practice ,
) Registration with Pakistan Bar Counsel

Upper Age Limit: 23-33 years

Salary Package and Tenure 

The positions will have a market based remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification of the candidate. The initial contract shall be for a period of three years extendable on satisfactory performance.
