The Hunar Foundation is a Not-For-Profit organization and the only nationwide vocational training organization in the private sector. The Hunar Foundation's key objective is to provide young men and women from less privileged communities with international standard vocationaVtechnical institutes that meet the market needs, leading to employment or small business creation - and eventually economic freedom/empowerment.
What we are looking Qualification
• The right candidate should be an engineer/technical professional (BE/B-Tech), and possess leadership and managerial skills.
• Possessing a B.Ed/Industry background will be an added advantage.
Attributes
• A passion to bring change in the lives of young people through quality training.
• Ability to formulate and implement clear set of measurable goals (i.e. KPI's) for the staff.
Experience
A proven track record of preferably 10-15 years of having successfully managed a technical institute. Ex armed services officers with relevant technical experience (eg. 501 workshops) are encouraged to apply.
Motivation
Self-driven with a strong ability to mentor and take forward The Hunar Foundation vision of developing a sense of work ethics and high moral and social values in instructors and students.
